Position:

Health Manager

Qualification:

Master's in Public Health (MPH)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursing along with strong knowledge of Public Health

Reporting To:

Director - Health / Project Director

Location:

Ranchi, Jharkhand

Eligibility Criteria

Master's in Public Health (MPH) - Mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in Nursing Experience in public health or community health projects preferred Willingness to travel for field visits and outreach activities (if required)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily healthcare operations

to ensure smooth functioning of all health services.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff

for effective patient management.

Implement and monitor public health programs

, awareness drives, and community outreach.

Ensure compliance with health protocols

, quality standards, and infection control guidelines.

Supervise nursing staff

and ensure accurate medical documentation and reporting.

Review and analyse health data

to prepare MIS reports and recommend improvements.

Conduct regular audits

of hygiene, safety, and facility operations.

Train and guide staff

on health protocols, reporting formats, and public health practices.

Coordinate with government and external stakeholders

for project requirements.

Monitor medical inventory

(medicines, supplies, consumables) and ensure timely procurement.
