Job Description

Age limit:20 to 30.

Operational Oversight:

Manage daily insurance operations, policy issuance, renewals, and cancellations.

Claims Management:

Ensure efficient, accurate claims processing, handle complex claims, and manage settlements.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance professionals.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, enhance products, and achieve business objectives.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Maintain positive relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

Reporting:

Prepare and present performance reports, market analyses, and key metrics to senior management.
