CRM Implant for Claim Support

at client location

Resolve customer queries

on policy coverage and health claim processes

Facilitate and drive claims app usage

for submission and tracking of claims by employees

Respond to employee calls and emails

as a direct

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

for assigned corporates

Collect and dispatch claim documents

as per corporate requirements

Coordinate with internal claims teams

at ICICI Lombard to ensure

seamless cashless and priority processing

Stay updated

with health insurance regulations and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain confidentiality

of sensitive data and adhere to data protection guidelines

Additional Details:

Travel Requirement:

Candidate must travel

twice a week

between branches to resolve customer queries

Communication Skills:

Excellent English communication

(verbal & written) is

mandatory
