Job Description


Skills Required : \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 2 years experience in implementing Health Insurance and general insurance LOB in Core system and integration with periphery systems, Portals, Mobility etc \xef\x82\xb7 Thorough knowledge of all General Insurance Products \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation. Understanding of end to end processes life cycle i.e. Policy issuance, Claims, RI, Co-insurance etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong in documentations (i.e. BRD/BSS, Test Plan, Status update etc) \xef\x82\xb7 Support and align effortsto meet customer and business needs \xef\x82\xb7 Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication processto keep others up to date on project results \xef\x82\xb7 Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships \xef\x82\xb7 Provide project level analysis \xe2\x80\x93 producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements,scope matrix, UAT plan etc) \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process \xef\x82\xb7 Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) \xef\x82\xb7 Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Assess business process and system inefficiencies \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes \xef\x82\xb7 Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders \xef\x82\xb7 Serve as a liaison between all the stakeholders to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations \xef\x82\xb7 Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates. \xef\x82\xb7 Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Review & execute UAT test cases \xef\x82\xb7 Manage Triage calls for defects resolutions (between Developer, Testers, Users and other stakeholders or owners as applicable) \xef\x82\xb7 Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9318,577.14 - 9596,494.67 per year Benefits:
