Insurance Experts is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Health Insurance Advisor

to help individuals and businesses select the most suitable health insurance plans. The ideal candidate will assess client needs, explain policy options clearly, and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their health coverage needs, budget, and preferences Explain health insurance products, including benefits, exclusions, premiums, and policy terms Recommend appropriate individual, family, or group health insurance plans Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and documentation Stay up to date with health insurance regulations, products, and market trends Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Resolve client queries and coordinate with insurers on claims or policy issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in health insurance sales or advisory services Strong knowledge of health insurance products and regulations Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working with multiple insurance providers CRM software proficiency
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
