Position: Health Counsellor

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in Health Care

Qualification: Any Degree

? Explain treatment options, procedures, packages, and services to patients and their families.

? Understand patient needs and recommend suitable treatments or services.

? Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert inquiries into admissions.

? Address patient doubts and concerns with clarity and empathy.

? Present treatment plans and pricing clearly to help patients make informed decisions.

? Provide accurate information about treatments, facilities, and hospital processes.

? Ensure timely communication between patients and hospital departments.

? Maintain patient databases and documentation.
