Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Client Counselling & Guidance

Provide one-on-one counselling to clients on skin, hair, weight loss, nutrition, and wellness treatments. Explain treatment procedures, benefits, precautions, and post-care clearly to patients. Assist doctors in patient education and treatment planning.

Treatment Awareness & Conversion

Help clients understand their reports, treatment packages, and customized plans. Address client doubts, objections, and motivate them to start/continue treatment. Support in

lead conversion and upselling wellness packages

.

Patient Care & Relationship Management

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails for patient satisfaction and treatment adherence. Ensure smooth client journey from consultation to post-treatment care.

Administrative & Reporting

Maintain client records in

CRM software

. Generate counselling and conversion reports. Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff for seamless operations.
Skill-set:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in

Life Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Nursing, or Healthcare Management

. 1-4 years of experience as

Health Counsellor / Patient Counsellor / Nutritionist / Wellness Consultant / Tele-Counsellor

(preferably in clinic, hospital, aesthetic, or wellness industry). Strong communication & persuasive counselling skills. Knowledge of

health, nutrition, weight management, skin & hair care treatments

preferred. Proficiency in

CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, MS Office, and digital patient engagement

. Ability to handle sensitive client information with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
