We are looking for a qualified and compassionate

BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

graduate to join our dynamic team at Tongase Homoeopathy as a

Health Consultant

. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about patient care and want to contribute to a fast-growing homeopathy practice.

Key Responsibilities

Attend inbound calls from patients and prospective clients. Take detailed case history over the phone with professionalism and empathy. Educate patients about the homeopathic line of treatment offered. Book medicine orders and coordinate with the dispatch team. Ensure high-quality service and maintain excellent communication throughout the patient journey. Convert enquiries into paid consultations/treatments and earn incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a BHMS Graduate

(mandatory) Prior experience in patient handling or teleconsultation is a plus (Freshers may apply) Must have a

Laptop/Desktop

and

High-Speed Internet Connection

Proficient in Hindi and basic English; Marathi is a bonus. Good communication skills and soft-spoken nature. Willingness to learn and grow in a digital healthcare environment.
