Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic
Health Coach
with a strong background in
D2C sales
to join the Rupurva team. In this role, you will support clients in their personal wellness journeys while driving sales of our wellness products directly to consumers. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding individuals toward health goals while turning conversations into meaningful conversions.
Conduct one-on-one assessments to understand client needs in areas like height growth, skin health, and intimate wellness.
Recommend personalised product and routine suggestions based on individual goals and wellness concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide ongoing guidance to support client progress and satisfaction.
D2C Sales Execution:
Engage with leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email to promote Rupurva's products.
Use consultative selling techniques to educate clients and convert leads into loyal customers.
Follow up with potential buyers and ensure a high-quality, trust-driven customer journey.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
Track client progress using measurable wellness goals (e.g., height improvement, skin results, etc.).
Maintain records of conversations, sales, feedback, and recommendations using CRM tools.
Provide insights to management for refining product offerings and coaching approaches.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and ongoing support.
Address queries and resolve concerns regarding product usage, outcomes, or side effects.
Encourage repeat business by providing consistent value and wellness check-ins.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align wellness messaging and customer outreach.
Assist in developing engaging content and promotional strategies that drive D2C sales.
Workshops, Webinars, and Educational Content:
Lead or support online events (Instagram Lives, webinars, Q&As) that educate and attract new audiences.
Help create informative social media content that builds the brand and educates customers.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest in nutrition, supplements, skincare, and intimate health.
Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Wellness, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Certifications in Health Coaching, Fitness, or related areas are a plus.
Experience & Skills:
1+ year of experience in health coaching, wellness advising, or D2C sales (preferably in wellness/FMCG).
Proven ability to convert leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with personal care products, supplements, or wellness routines.
Proficient with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and sales tracking systems.
Excellent communication, motivational, and customer-handling skills.

Empathetic, driven, and passionate about helping others improve their health.
Goal-oriented and organized, with a solution-driven mindset.
Comfortable balancing coaching and sales responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
