About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and business-driven

Health Club Manager

to manage the overall operations of our fitness / health club. This role is open to

both freshers and experienced candidates

who have strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fitness, sales, and customer experience.

The Health Club Manager will be responsible for

driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional member experience

.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the health club / fitness center Drive membership sales, renewals, and revenue targets Manage front desk, sales staff, and trainers Ensure excellent customer experience and high member satisfaction Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations Monitor walk-ins, conversions, renewals, and retention Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and overall presentation of the facility Support marketing activities, events, and local promotions Maintain reports on sales, operations, and performance Ensure smooth onboarding of new members
Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory (any stream) Freshers with strong leadership and sales orientation are welcome to apply Experienced candidates with background in fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales management are also encouraged Excellent English communication skills (mandatory) Strong people management and customer handling skills Target-driven and business-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills

Experience in sales, operations, or team handling (for experienced candidates) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or billing software is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills High energy, ownership mindset, and leadership qualities

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
