Job Summary:

The Doctor Referral & Neighbourhood Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing patient footfall by establishing strong relationships with referring doctors and engaging with the local community. This includes visiting clinics, societies, pharmacies, and local businesses to promote hospital services, build brand awareness, and create a trusted presence in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Referral Marketing:

Identify and develop relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and clinic owners for patient referrals. Promote hospital services, key specialties, and consultants to the medical community. Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) events, doctor meets, and hospital tours. Act as a point of contact for referring doctors, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery. Maintain and regularly update a referral database and analyze referral patterns. Provide timely reports and insights to management on referral performance.
Neighbourhood Marketing:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to nearby residential societies, schools, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and local businesses. Organize and manage local health check-up camps, wellness talks, and community health awareness programs. Distribute marketing material (flyers, brochures) and explain hospital services to local residents and business owners. Collaborate with the digital team for localized online promotions and WhatsApp campaigns. Gather feedback and insights from the community to improve hospital offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or Business. MBA preferred. 3- 10 years of experience in hospital marketing, field sales, or healthcare outreach. Good knowledge of the location and medical community. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the city/local area.
