About the Role: Health Care Executive - For taking calls and assisting with appointment booking and providing necessary information about our services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls. Provide service details & assist patients with inquiries. Schedule appointments & update patient records. Ensure professional communication & follow-ups.
Language Requirement

English (mandatory). Kannada, Hindi and other languages preferred. Knowledge of 2+ languages will be an added advantage.
Key Qualities:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high call volumes & multitask. Healthcare specifically mental health knowledge is a plus. 1+ year experience in similar sector would be given preference.
Minimum: High school diploma (higher preferred).
