Health Care Assistant

Personal Care
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Helping with toileting and incontinence care

Assisting with mobility and transferring (e.g., from bed to wheelchair)

Preparing meals according to dietary needs

Assisting with feeding if the client is unable to eat independently

Light Housekeeping

Making beds and changing linens

Transportation to OPD

Taking residents to OPD appointments, social events in side the Rehab primiss.
