Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Healthcare Assistant Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1+ years No. Position - 10 Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 Banglore , Karnataka Qualification- Any Degree Roles and Responsibility- Responsibilities: 2.2.1 Ensure awareness and promotion 2.2.2 Educate the beneficiaries / parents on the importance of vaccines 2.2.3 Help to Programme officer in awareness programme. 2.2.3 Distribute IEC materials to the beneficiaries, parents and students 2.2.4 Distribute the consent forms . 2.2.5 Verify the patients record - DOB, Addhar card and do registration. 2.2.6 Registering, and maintaining vaccination data, and taking patient records. 2.2.7 Assist the Nurse in the vaccination if needed. 2.2.8. Banner attachment, help in vaccination set up . 2.2.9 Take good photographs of vaccination setup,, and beneficiary while giving vaccination with consent 2.3.0 Take Testimonial of beneficiary , parent and other stakeholder. 2.2.6 Maintain the records of vaccinated beneficiary correctly and neatly 2.2.7 Below protocols should be followed by HCA 1. Wear a uniform 2. Good Convincing skill 3. Good Communication skills and soft spoken 4. Team Management 5. Maintain vaccination register and AEFI kit 6. Help the nursing staff while returning the vials at the end of day 7. Help to submit the biomedical waste 8. At the end of the day submit report to head office with all documents . 9. At the end of month compile report to be submitted to Head office 10. Give report of Consumables to procurement department .at the end of day and compile report at the end of month. Job Type: Temporary
