Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

policies at project sites. Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Ensure workers use appropriate

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

at all times. Maintain site discipline, accident/incident records, and safety documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, site entry/ID card policies, and statutory norms. Train workers and staff on safety awareness and emergency response procedures. Report safety violations, near-miss incidents, and ensure corrective measures. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to promote a safe culture. Act as a liaison with external safety auditors and government authorities when required.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Safety Management / Industrial Safety / Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience

as a Safety Officer in

construction/interior fit-out projects

. Good knowledge of

HSE practices, labor safety, and statutory compliance

. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to train and enforce discipline at site. Certification in

NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma

(preferred).

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
