Job Description

An HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer in a factory ensures a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They also investigate incidents, provide safety training, and monitor safety performance, ultimately aiming to reduce accidents and injuries.

Safety Training:

Providing training to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Tracking safety performance, evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs, and making adjustments as needed.

Compliance:

Ensuring that the factory complies with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating safety information to employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training.

Emergency Response:

Developing and implementing emergency response procedures and coordinating with emergency services.
