Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to all statutory safety regulations, company safety policies, and procedures. Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses. Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Maintain and update all statutory safety registers and documentation. Report, record, and investigate all accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases. Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Maintain incident statistics and prepare monthly safety reports. Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and workers. Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and periodic refresher training. Promote safety awareness and safe work culture among all employees and contractors. Carry out regular safety audits, fire safety checks, and equipment inspections. Monitor scaffolding, electrical connections, lifting tools, and heavy equipment for compliance. Ensure emergency preparedness through drills and mock exercises. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and external agencies for safety compliance. Liaise with statutory authorities (like Factories Inspectorate, Fire Department, etc.) when required. Support management in implementing ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 standards. Maintain safety records, checklists, and inspection reports. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety performance reports. Ensure documentation for statutory audits and certifications is up to date.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
