Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day gym/fitness center operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service quality. Monitor facility hygiene, safety, and compliance with health guidelines.

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, personal training packages, and other fitness services. Develop and implement strategies to increase membership retention and new sign-ups. Conduct promotional activities, events, and referral programs to boost sales. Maintain accurate sales reports and forecast revenue.

Customer Engagement & Service

Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction. Provide guidance on fitness plans and overall wellness programs as needed.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor trainers and support staff to achieve organizational goals. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred . 1+ years of experience in fitness club management or health and wellness operations. Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fitness programs, nutrition, and wellness principles. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
