Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for memberships and personal training packages.
Handle walk-in inquiries, leads from calls, and online platforms.
Build strong client relationships to maximize member retention.
Support and guide sales staff to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and events.
Fitness Floor & Operations:
Supervise trainers and ensure professional conduct and service delivery.
Monitor the fitness floor to maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Conduct fitness assessments and support trainers with client programs if needed.
Ensure members receive proper guidance, motivation, and training support.
Maintain equipment upkeep and report any issues for maintenance.
Handle member concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a fitness centre/health club (in sales or fitness operations).
Strong knowledge of fitness training, health, and wellness.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage both trainers and sales staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in fitness/personal training (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) - preferred.
Bachelor's degree in sports science, business, or related field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
