Certified Health and Fitness Coach

*Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Exercise Specialist to join our team at

Six D Healthcare Pvt Ltd

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of

muscle physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science

, with the ability to

assess individual client needs and develop, personalized workout programs-

to improve physical health, mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct

Fitness assessments

, postural analysis, and musculoskeletal screenings.
Create

Customized workout charts

tailored to clients' fitness levels, medical conditions, and lifestyle goals.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and breathing to prevent injuriesand maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, dietitians, and health coaches to deliver -

holistic care plans

.
Track and evaluate client progress regularly, modifying exercise programs as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
Conduct one-on-one and group fitness sessions as required.
Stay updated on current trends and research in exercise science and rehabilitation.

*Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Exercise Science,

Physiotherapy

,

Sports Science

, or related field.

Certification in Personal Training / Corrective Exercise (e.g., ACSM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA) preferred.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy,

muscle mechanics

, and

movement patterns

.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in clinical or wellness settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and build rapport with diverse clients.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with special populations (e.g., diabetes, obesity, orthopedic conditions).
Familiarity with wellness technologies (fitness trackers, apps, EMR systems).
Knowledge of yoga or corrective movement training is a plus.
