About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Health and Fitness Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

client servicing, sales, and overall management of fitness operations

. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the fitness center/studio. Handle

client servicing

- ensuring excellent customer experience. Drive

sales and membership growth

through consultations and promotions. Support clients with fitness-related queries and guide them toward suitable programs. Maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to fitness standards. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and wellness programs.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory

(any discipline).

Freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, and client engagement. Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets. Positive, energetic, and client-focused attitude.
