CureSkin is a tech-enabled skin care solutions brand. Through extensive use of AI for automatic skin-condition diagnosis and in collaboration with our in-house team of dermatologists, we solve skin & hair problems for people in India. We are on a journey to build a derma-care brand for India that is focused on trust and efficacy.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in product and operations.

Responsibilities of the role :

- Analyse and model user behavior and identify process and product opportunities to reduce Logistics costs and improve delivery rates.

- Identify changes and drive cross-functional implementation to reduce RTO (Return-to-origin).

- Work closely with different courier partners to streamline SLA and provide a great delivery experience to customers.

- Build partnerships with third-party logistics and warehousing companies to optimize our logistics flow.

- Build data models to predict and plan logistics.

- Work with the engineering team to build product features to achieve business objectives.

Who You Are :

- Experienced in Supply Chain and Logistics domain.

- A data-driven person with a sound understanding of business metrics and be able to link business growth.

- A hustler who will coordinate with different stakeholders to get things done.

- Problem solver who identifies bottlenecks and cracks in the system and solves them to achieve smooth logistics operations.
