Position: Head of Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: CHRO

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15-20 years (with 5+ years leading enterprise-scale hiring)Team Size: 8-10 (direct & indirect)

What You'll Own

-End-to-end hiring across levels--from junior roles to senior leadership positions

-Leadership and business-critical hiring in partnership with CXOs

-Workforce planning, demand forecasting, and hiring risk assessment

-Candidate experience, pre-boarding, and structured onboarding journeys

-Building, leading, and developing a high-performing TA team

-TA governance, ATS utilisation, analytics, and scalable hiring playbooks

-Employer branding and strong market positioning in priority talent poolsVendor, search firm, and cost-efficiency management

Requirements

-MBA / Postgraduate qualification in HR, Management, or a related field from a reputed institution

-Proven experience scaling Talent Acquisition in high-growth environments(real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, consulting, tech, or services preferred)

-Strong exposure to leadership hiring, multi-location hiring, and niche roles

-Solid understanding of talent markets, compensation structures, and hiring risks

-Data-driven, process-oriented, and execution-focused mindset

-Calm, credible, and decisive leadership style with strong stakeholder influence

-Deep commitment to inclusion, meritocracy, and ethical hiring practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?2,200,000.00 per year
