Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting: Utilize field feedback, historical trend analysis, IT tools, and Sales & Operations Planning to forecast demand accurately.
Demand-Supply Alignment: Ensure demand mapping aligns with supply capabilities, and develop comprehensive supply chain plans.
Strategic Supply Management: Develop strategies for efficient stock level management.
Supply Prioritization: Collaborate with Marketing and Manufacturing to prioritize supplies.
E-Commerce Supply Chain Development: Lead the creation and transformation of the e-commerce supply chain.
Operational Excellence: Implement practices like TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, GreenCo, and CII Business Excellence.
