Job Overview:

We are looking for a senior professional to lead

end-to-end execution of premium retail store projects

across India. The role involves planning, budgeting, vendor & consultant management, MEP coordination, and timely handover of stores as per brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage retail store fit-out, refurbishment & expansion projects Oversee civil, interiors & MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Plumbing) Own project budgets, Capex & cash-flow planning Coordinate architects, consultants, PMCs & contractors Ensure quality, compliance, safety & on-time store handover

Required Profile:

B.Tech / BE (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or Architecture 12-18 years of experience in

retail / luxury / commercial fit-out projects

Strong experience in

multi-city retail store rollouts

Proficiency in AutoCAD & project planning tools PMP / MBA preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per month
