To lead and manage all plant-level administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, compliance with statutory obligations, and operational support for production, HR, security, facility, and statutory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the plant, ensuring support to production, maintenance, HR, and logistics.
- Manage plant facilities including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, utilities, and office administration.
- Liaise with local authorities, excise officials, pollution control board, and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for labor laws, factory act, environmental guidelines, and industrial safety.
- Coordinate with HR for time office, manpower planning, labor management, and union matters.
- Monitor plant infrastructure maintenance and coordinate Capex/repairs in collaboration with engineering.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between production and support departments (store, purchase, QA, dispatch).
- Manage plant documentation, licenses, and ensure audit readiness for internal and external assessments.
- Prepare administrative budgets and control expenses for admin, R&M, and facility operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes for better efficiency and compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong administrative and facility management skills in manufacturing setups.
- Excellent liaisoning skills with government, local, and statutory bodies.
- Knowledge of factory compliance, legal documentation, and permits.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/Admin systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration / Industrial Management)
- 15-25 years of experience in Plant Administration in manufacturing/FMCG/alcobev sector
- Exposure to plant HR, compliance, infrastructure, and regulatory functions
