The only qualification required for the role of a Headphone Guru is passion for good sound. The ability to distinguish between good and great sound gets extra brownie points. If you're passionate about audio, or just love talking to people, then helping them out should be very fulfilling for you. You'll find our Headphone Gurus busy through the day over calls, emails and walk-ins at our Experience Studio.

Work independently, but in close collaboration with the team Manage Product enquiries over email, chat and on the phone Ability to identify customer's needs and guide them to their perfect headphones Ownership of tasks and initiative or curiosity for projects that go beyond your role
