We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Headmistress
to lead our Pre-primary school with confidence, care, and strong academic vision. The role involves managing day-to-day school operations, guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum delivery, and maintaining effective communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and administrative leadership
Supervise and mentor teaching staff
Ensure quality teaching and student development
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and disciplined school environment
Coordinate with parents and school management
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Education (ECCE/N.T.T./B.Ed)
Minimum 3 years of pre-primary teaching experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
