Role Overview

NexGen Base School is looking for an experienced and caring Headmistress / Academic Head to lead the primary section. This is a founding leadership role involving academic planning, teacher mentoring, admissions support, and parent interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee academics for KG-Class V Mentor and supervise primary teachers Ensure strong foundational learning and discipline Support admission counselling and parent communication Help create academic SOPs and school systems
Eligibility

Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Ed/D.El.Ed preferred) 5+ years of experience in primary education Leadership or coordinator experience preferred Good communication in English & Hindi
