. The role requires strong foundations in Early Childhood Education along with leadership, curriculum planning, and staff management skills.

Educational Qualifications (Mandatory):

10+2 (Higher Secondary)

from any stream with minimum 50% marks

Diploma in NTT / ECCE / PPTT

(Essential)

B.Ed. (Early Childhood Education / Primary Education)

- Preferred
Certification in

School Leadership / Early Years Management

will be an added advantage

Experience Required:

1-3 years of relevant experience

in a

Nursery / Pre-Primary / Primary (up to Class III) school

Experience as

Senior Teacher / Coordinator / Section Head

preferred
Practical exposure to

ECCE / Montessori / Play-way methodology

and

Primary Curriculum

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

Nursery to Class III

classes
Plan, implement, and monitor age-appropriate

ECCE and Primary curriculum

Guide, mentor, and supervise teachers of Nursery to Class III
Ensure

child safety, safeguarding, and wellbeing norms

Monitor assessments, records, and academic progress
Maintain effective communication with parents and school management
Organize teacher training, student activities, and parent orientation programs
Ensure smooth transition from Pre-Primary to Primary education

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team-management skills
In-depth knowledge of

child development (ages 3-9 years)

Curriculum planning and classroom innovation skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills
High sense of responsibility towards student welfare and discipline
