? Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership & Curriculum

Oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of the curriculum for Nursery ? Grade 5. Ensure teaching methods are child-centric, activity-based, and aligned with the school's educational philosophy. Monitor student progress, assessments, and performance; implement strategies for academic development and remedial support.
Staff Management & Mentorship

Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff in the primary wing. Support professional development of teachers -- guide in lesson planning, classroom practices, and assessment design.
School Administration & Operations

Oversee daily operations of the primary section, including administrative functions, admissions/enrollment (if applicable), maintenance of student/staff records. Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and standards. Manage resources -- classrooms, materials, infrastructure -- to maintain a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
Student Welfare & School Culture

Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture that fosters students' overall development -- academic, social, emotional Address student behavior, wellbeing, safety; ensure respectful and caring environment.
Parent & Community Engagement

Act as the point of contact for parents/guardians: facilitate parent-teacher meetings, address concerns, communicate student progress and school policies. Organize co-curricular activities, events, workshops, and community-building/parent engagement initiatives for holistic development.
Strategic Planning & Policy Implementation

Develop and implement school policies and procedures relevant to the primary section. Participate in long-term planning: academic goals, resource allocation, growth strategies for primary wing.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
