Azaan International School is a reputable international school in Toli Chowki, Hyderabad, seeking experienced and dynamic Headmasters/Headmistresses for our Middle School and Secondary High School. We are looking for leaders who can inspire and motivate our students, teachers, and staff to achieve excellence.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant field

- B.Ed. will be an added advantage

- Minimum [X] years of experience as a Headmaster/Headmistress or in a similar leadership role

- Experience in handling girls' or boys' block is preferred

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents

- Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation

- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and infrastructure

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Middle School and Secondary High School teams

- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic performance

- Oversee curriculum development, teaching, and learning

- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure

- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture

- Build relationships with parents, teachers, and staff

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and school policies

Pay: From ?32,000.00 per month
