Renexio is expanding its presence in Hyderabad and is looking for a highly experienced and motivated professional to join us as an CNG Station Head Manager. This is an opportunity to contribute the rapidly growing CNG sector, with the potential for a full-time role based on your performance.

Role Overview : You'll be instrumental in establishing and operationalizing our new CNG plants in Hyderabad. This hands-on role requires strong practical experience in fuel station setup and operations, coupled with excellent organizational and team support skills.
Key Responsibilities
Initially, you'll focus on liaison and construction management to get our CNG station up and running. Once established, your primary role will transition to the regular, day-to-day management of the CNG station as the Head Manager
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduate with 3-5 years of experience as a Head Manager at a CNG station.
- Proven experience in setting up and running operations of fuel stations (petrol/diesel/CNG). Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Currently in a supervisory role or with significant experience demonstrating leadership and operational oversight in the fuel retail sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and licensing for fuel stations, strong understanding of construction supervision, excellent communication, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Telugu is required; English and Hindi is a plus.
Compensation This is a full-time role with a competitive remuneration of - 15,000 to 30,000 per month, equivalent to an annual package of up to - 3.60 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) plus incentives.
