Job Description


Responsibilities:

- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, including digital and traditional channels, to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Create annual and long-term marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Collaborate with multiple marketing agencies to ensure the marketing goals are met.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, ORM, and content marketing. Ensure a strong online presence and utilize data-driven insights for continuous optimization of ROAS and CAC.

- Advertising and Promotions: Plan and implement advertising campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive visitor footfall. Collaborate with advertising agencies to create effective campaigns.

- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor brand perception and make necessary adjustments to maintain a positive image. Drive a high brand recall and keep the brand relevant and salient.

- Build the brand mascots and curate experiences around them including merchandise.

- PR - Collaborate with various online and offline media and PR agencies to ensure the

- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, loyalty programs, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer NPS.

- Budget Management: Manage a large marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive return on investment.

- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to the management.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate with the Head of Non-Ticket Revenue to increase the visibility of food and beverage offerings and generate revenue from retail and F&B marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in B2C product/service companies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills. High EQ quotient.

- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of the amusement park and hospitality industry is a plus.
