Lead the overall design vision for seasonal collections, and work with the production team to solve design-related issues.
Approve designs, patterns, and fits before production.
Manage and develop designers, pattern masters, and sample coordinators.
Support sales and merchandising teams with design insights for retailer/buyer meetings.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
8-10+ years of experience in apparel/fashion design
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
