To lead and transform the Pre-Sales and CRM verticals of the company into a process-driven, high-performance function by building systems, defining SOPs, enhancing lead management and customer experience, and ensuring consistent business support across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
oDevelop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Pre-Sales & CRM function.
oDefine, standardize, and implement SOPs across all customer interaction touchpoints.
oBuild, train, and mentor high-performing Pre-Sales and CRM teams.
2. Pre-Sales Management:
oLead the team responsible for handling incoming inquiries, lead nurturing, and appointment setting.
oDesign lead qualification frameworks to optimize sales conversion.
oEnsure proper CRM system utilization for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
oWork closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and ROI.
3. CRM Operations:
oOversee the entire post-sales customer journey - from booking to handover and post-handover support.
oSet up automated and manual processes for documentation, payment follow-ups, communication protocols, etc.
oBuild a feedback mechanism to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn or complaints.
4. Process & Systems Development:
oEvaluate and implement CRM software/tools to streamline operations.
oDefine KPIs for both teams and institute a performance tracking system.
oCollaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Projects, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless workflows.
5. People Management:
oHire, onboard, and structure teams as per business scale.
oEstablish a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.
oConduct regular training to upskill team members and align them with company values and customer service standards.
Competencies & Skill Required
oStrong leadership and team-building capabilities.
oDeep understanding of real estate customer lifecycle management.
oExpertise in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and analytics.
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
oProblem-solving mindset with high ownership and attention to detail.
oAbility to design and implement systems and processes from scratch.
Job Specifications:
oGraduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in CRM/Pre-Sales, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
oPrior experience in setting up SOPs or building a new team is a strong advantage.
