Position Summary
An experienced professional for Business Strategy & Planning Lead who shall work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in setting and driving organizational vision & operational strategy. The Position would entail interacting with the Top Management of the Organization, and to provide strategic inputs and suggestions to drive the company's business growth, manage and control diverse business operation and function. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of operations run smoothly day in day out and addressing any issues that come up.
Key Deliverables/KRAs
xefx82xb7 Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
xefx82xb7 Reviewing the internal and external factors affecting the implementation of the strategy, measuring performance, and taking corrective steps to make the strategy more effective.
xefx82xb7 Key focus on Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation and Strategy Evaluation.
xefx82xb7 Understanding of business operations & contracts and providing inputs for process innovation, profit enhancement.
xefx82xb7 Write and submit reports to the Top Management in all matters of importance
xefx82xb7 Build partnerships across the corporate/regional business teams as well as with the key contacts within the business units, Business Verticals.
xefx82xb7 Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Job Requirements Qualification :
MBA / Postgraduate in SCM or similar
Relevant field Work Experience : 10+ Years
Special Requirements : Specialist in use of Advance Excel (Essential)
Familiarity with BI technologies
Candidates from Tier-1 institute preferred
Work Experience preferably from the leading Supply Chain and Logistics Industry players in India or global.
