Key job responsibilities
Lead the function & build a strong 3-year plan/strategy for the function which can exponentially scale
Own key annual business goals for products like seller adoption, units growth, SX, VOS
Responsible for end-to-end business planning from goal setting, resource allocation, tracking and deliver results
Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions.
People Management: Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports, responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture.

At Amazon International Seller Services our goal is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) team's mission is to design & improve seller programs/initiatives, recommend and enroll sellers into them to drive their business growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of team management experience
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
10+ years of experience in Sales, Product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
----------------------------
MBA
Experience influencing senior customer stakeholders including Directors
Exposure to Product Marketing, Customer research will be preferred
Exposure to growing new business/programs/initiatives
Account Management/Seller management experience in e-commerce/digital companies
