Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Waiter for a full-time position. The role is tailored for a junior level professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The position is based in multiple locations across Kerala: Alappuzha, Cochin, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the dining experience of our customers, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required, emphasizing customer service and management skills.
• Profound knowledge of food and beverage service, ensuring a high-quality customer dining experience at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, ensuring clarity and cooperation.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and special requests gracefully and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Expertise in supervising and training junior staff to enhance team performance and service standards.
• Proficient in using restaurant management systems to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Must have a genuine enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment and a passionate commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
• Train and supervise waiting staff to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service to all patrons.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely serving of food and beverages, maintaining smooth workflow between the kitchen and dining area.
• Assist in menu planning and offer suggestions based on customer preferences and seasonal trends.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the dining area and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive working environment to enhance team morale and motivate staff to achieve service excellence.
