Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Engineering Division to manage and oversee the execution of large-scale residential/ Commercial construction projects. BE Civil with min 20 years' experience with a proven track record in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Lead and manage all phases of residential civil projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Team Management:

Oversee project managers, engineers, architects, and construction teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved efficiently.

Budget and Cost Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, financial status, and any critical issues.

Innovation and Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to improve project processes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of construction projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
