We've also partnered with India's biggest sports icons, including Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, and Tapsee Pannu, as our brand ambassadors.Mandatory Skills:- Strong Creative Director or Design Lead profiles- 8+ YOE in Visual/Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing Campaigns- Must have strong experience in Brand campaigns for Consumer Electronics/Durable products (like Smartphones, Smart Watch, Consumer Electronics) Or Automobile Brands.- Must be a design-focused profile, not copywriting-focused- Must be managing a Creative team currently (Lead or above in Current role)- Very Strong portfolio of Visual Design/branding works for Physical Consumer Products (Must have shown the look and feel of Physical products from a 3D perspective)- Company: Top Advertising Companies OR Good Consumer Electronics BrandsSkills/Tools:- Design Tools: Illustrious, Adobe Creative Suit, Figma- Familiarity with brand campaigns and digital illustration.Role & Responsibilities:- Head and manage work intake and overall design project assignment process.- Interpreting abstract business concepts and turning them into creative ideas.- Head and direct team providing key ideas, methods and brand positioning.- Developing strategic design plans with projected timelines.- Pitching ideas and the creative vision and communicating the project outline to the design team.- Choosing the design elements for different projects.- Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the team members.- Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.Perks, Benefits and Work Culture:- Enjoy the Cool Start up Culture - Young team, open work plan and unlimited cups of coffee to get your grey cells working is what defines our work culture.- Beauty Inside & Out - We have a great taste in design, don't believe us
