Job Title: Head - Vigilance and Fraud Controle
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Thrissur
Qualification: Post Graduation

• Post graduate with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in vigilance, fraud control, investigations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful vigilance and fraud control programs.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, investigative techniques, and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team and overseeing budgets.
• Experience working with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and fraud investigation software .

Responsibilites:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive vigilance and fraud control program aligned with the organization's overall risk management framework.
• Lead and manage a team of vigilance and fraud control professionals, including investigators, analysts, and data specialists.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify areas susceptible to fraud and other misconduct.
• Develop and implement preventive controls to mitigate fraud risks.
• Investigate suspected fraudulent activity, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing reports.
• Work with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Maintain and update fraud control policies and procedures.
• Conduct fraud awareness training for employees.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in vigilance and fraud control.
• Analyze fraud data and trends to identify emerging risks.
• Report on the effectiveness of the vigilance and fraud control program to senior management.
