Lead and manage the video editing team, including Senior and Junior Video Editors Plan, assign, and review video editing tasks across projects Ensure high-quality output in storytelling, visuals, sound, and motion graphics Maintain brand consistency across all video content Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements Oversee editing for ads, social media videos, corporate films, reels, and promotional content Set workflows, timelines, and quality benchmarks for the video team Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews Stay updated with industry trends, tools, formats, and platform-specific requirements
