Roles and Responsibilities Job Location - Hyderabad Experience - 10 + Years Qualifications and Experience
Must have 10 + plus years of full life-cycle experience in US IT Staffing involving Technical Recruiting and Resource Management, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
A demonstrated career progression from hands-on Recruiting to being a Recruitment Manager/Leader.
Strong qualities of leadership, strategic resource planning, stakeholder management, creative process orientation and problem solving.
Should be able to develop and nurture cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization.
Should have current experience in managing large US recruiting teams (More than 30 team members).
Demonstrated ability in establishing, growing, training and mentoring a high-performance team.
Hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases and strategies.
Help core businesses make decisions that result in more efficient processes, greater client impact, and an improved bottom line.
Should have deep understanding of IT Labour Categories and other IT Technical terms
Knowledge of US labour legislation.
Should be highly conversant with the US IT staffing industry trends and practices, always staying current with developments and changes in the industry.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for delivering on annual revenue and gross margin goals assigned to the team
Will lead a large team of recruiters to fulfil client requirements
Plan, prioritize and distribute daily client requirements to the team
Motivate and guide the team to deliver to established metrics. Report metrics
Collaborate effectively with US Business and Delivery Teams to achieve stated objectives and goals
Implement and maintain processes for the team and its work output.
Be an independent contributor for senior/complex positions.
Minimize false-starts or dropouts from client engagements.
Minimize attrition of billable consultants.
