Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies focused on green energy technologies, including solar and wind energy systems, to support AGEL's operational and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with AGEL's technical teams to identify skill gaps and design training modules that address current and future workforce requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of technical training programs, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and technological advancements in renewable energy.
• Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance the effectiveness and reach of training programs, incorporating e-learning and virtual training methodologies.
• Establish partnerships with industry experts, academic institutions, and technology providers to enrich training content and methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on workforce performance and project outcomes, using data-driven insights to refine training strategies.
• Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Ensure the integration of safety and sustainability principles into all training modules, reflecting AGEL's commitment to 'Growth with Goodness.'
• Stay updated on global trends and innovations in renewable energy training to maintain the organization's competitive edge.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience of 15+ years in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong expertise in solar and wind energy technologies, with a track record of successful training program implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop impactful training solutions.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Master's degree or certification in Training & Development, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline is preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• 15+ years of experience in technical training delivery, with a focus on renewable energy technologies.
• Experience in managing large-scale training programs and leading diverse teams.
