The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India\xe2\x80\x99s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors and our work is organized across three impact streams:

  Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
• 
  Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
• 
  Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India\xe2\x80\x99s biggest challenges

The Institute aims to catalyze social transformations at the scale of what \xe2\x80\x98Aadhaar\xe2\x80\x99 and the \xe2\x80\x98White Revolution\xe2\x80\x99 have enabled, with a focus on building dignified and resilient livelihoods for urban and rural poor. In our endeavor to build resilient livelihoods and promoting inclusive growth, our programs are focused on improving employability, enhancing access/connect to jobs, facilitating job creation by enabling opening up of new sectors for mass employment, and building resilience of vulnerable communities by facilitating the diversification of income and asset-building opportunities as well as access to welfare programmes. We enable prototyping and designing of effective solutions through experiments, propagate these solutions through technology platforms and evangelization and support the scale-up of solutions by collaborating with government, private sector and civil society.


About the Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies Innovation Cell for Agriculture,


The Program Management Unit will be responsible for designing and implementing an innovation framework, that would allow for piloting of AI innovations, which solve key challenges faced by the Agriculture sector in state of MP.


In this role, you will:

• 
  Conduct the landscape review, government and industry needs, and define the high level outcomes and opportunities, project focus areas driven through AI and emerging technologies. Analyse technology innovations eco system especially AI/ML led innovations to address the challenges and capture the potential opportunities in Agriculture.
• 
  Prototype, test and iterate- Pilot and sandbox projects w/ government and industry partners to test the impact, and technology feasibility. Collect key learnings from pilot, and understand the data enablement and data needs for each pilots. Goal would be to find a solution that meets the need of the stakeholders.
• 
  Own the overall strategy and outcomes of the program by collaborating with the state government, agri startups, relevant stakeholders and partners. Ensure that work-streams are on track, enable the project charter, align stakeholders, and ensure the goals and outcomes are delivered. Ensure the consistent project status reporting and project linked data dashboards in order to ensure performance tracking and timely course correction
• 
  Contribute to the advancement of agriculture in MP, and bring about positive changes for target beneficiaries, including farmers, farmer organizations, extension workers and the broader rural population.

Apply if you have:

• 
  Domain Knowledge in Agriculture, and in AI \xe2\x80\x93 Comprehensive understanding of Artificial intelligence and interworking with other emerging technologies like IOT, Block chain in a core vertical like Agriculture. Understanding of challenges and opportunities, in Agriculture. Innovation eco system in India and globally for AI and policy and governance issues.
• 
  Experience & track record of success - a minimum of 15 years of overall work experience preferably in agri-tech, or technology. a successful track record in programme and people management along with a strong technology orientation
• 
  Managing Stake holders - Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage projects across diverse internal, external partners and senior government stakeholders and projects. demonstrated ability to work under uncertainty, ability to articulate a vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders
• 
  Ability to design and drive medium to large-scale project design and delivery- Experience in project management of entrepreneurial projects, experience of managing through conflicts in teams and managing large and small scale events,
• 
  Passion for Impact- Perseverance, passion and the influence to improve rural livelihoods in Agriculture, by building awareness and cooperation, shaping mind-sets and agendas and driving collective action in working through local challenges with sense of urgency.
• 
  Technology depth- AI specialist with In-depth understanding of emerging technology implications in domains, overview of AI innovations and landscape of start up eco system, use cases, and technology maturity challenges for local adoption.
• 
  Technology Governance and Policy- Preferred experience and understanding of the Government regulation and policy landscape, Certifications, Incentive structures, Standard operating procedures, Industry standards/norms etc for AI and other emerging technologies adoption.
• 
  Excellent networking skills to manage and curate community eco-system. Ability to quickly develop a meaningful perspective on internal and external issues that have organisational impact
• 
  Communications Skills - Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and proficiency in Hindi dialect. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
