Job Description

Purpose 1. Develop a team of project management professionals to ensure all new product introduction milestones are met in line with organisational objective 2. Develop a project management process and continuosly refine it to ensure objectives are met as per customer expectations 3. Work with NPI Leads, Functional heads, CPM to ensure smooth execution of development from Facility readiness to Shipment approvals 4. Build effective communication channel with customer and management to keep them posted on progress, risks and mitigations, strategy Key Responsibility DELIVERY on time and ramp readiness Finalize the performance/success metric for each NPI build. Liaise with client team and assist internal team to resolve technical issue/s. QUALITY Align the team on quality objectives, product requirements and complete assessment. Implement best practices and standards adherence from previous program to achieve yield. COST Work with CPM to define the budget for development Develop mechanism to monitor the budget spend and tracking. Work on costing models and support CPM on product costing PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Develop Leaders at every level. Create pipeline of resources having growth path and mentoring Qualification BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation/Electronics). MBA Experience 13 -15 years Additional Technical Requirements Knowledge of Statistical tools & techniques (e.g. Capability metrics) Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing Knowledge of SMT, Automated assembly lines, Automated Inspection/Testing, Precision assembly Competencies Teamwork Agility Customer Empathy Purposeful Pursuit of Goals Pioneering Deep Domain Knowledge Future Ready
