Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Head Teacher

to lead and manage pre-primary classes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a positive, nurturing environment for both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the pre-primary section and ensure smooth classroom functioning. Guide and mentor teachers in planning and implementing engaging learning activities. Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with the school's educational standards. Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents. Coordinate with the school management for academic planning, events, and overall development programs. Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive learning atmosphere within the school premises. Support teachers in managing classroom challenges and implementing effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

Prior leadership or teaching internship experience is an added advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong passion for early childhood education and holistic child development. Ability to motivate and inspire both students and teachers.
