The Role



We're looking for a results-obsessed

Talent Acquisition Head

who understands one thing clearly-strong

sales teams drive business.



This role is about building, scaling, and sustaining high-performing sales teams-- not just hiring resumes, but hiring closers, managing performance, and ensuring targets are met through the right people, structure, and accountability.

What You'll Own



Sales Recruitment (Core Focus)



-Own end-to-end hiring for Business Development, Sales Managers, City Heads, and Sales Leadership.

-Drive rapid hiring for exhibitions across multiple cities.

-Build strong pipelines of target-driven, high-closure sales talent.

-Reduce hiring TAT and ensure quality hires, not just quick joins.

Team & Vendor Management



-Build, mentor, and lead the internal recruitment team.

-Manage and optimize external consultants and recruitment partners (non-retainer basis).

-Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets and policies.

Employer Branding & Process Excellence



-Strengthen employer branding to attract top sales talent.

-Improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience.

-Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build strong talent pools.

Sales Performance & Target Management



-Partner with business heads to define sales targets, KRAs, and incentive structures.

-Track performance of existing sales teams against targets.

-Drive performance reviews, corrections, and improvement plans for underperformers.

-Support leadership with data-driven insights on sales productivity.

Managing Current Sales Employees



-Ensure sales teams are aligned, motivated, and accountable.

-Oversee onboarding, ramp-up, and early productivity of new sales hires.

-Handle sales attrition proactively through engagement and performance clarity.

-Act swiftly on performance issues while maintaining fairness.

HR Operations & Discipline



-Ensure payroll, incentives, attendance, and compliance are flawless for sales teams.

-Implement clear HR policies that support high-performance sales culture.

-Maintain strict adherence to timelines, reporting, and accountability.

Who You Are



-Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

-14-18 years of HR experience with heavy exposure to sales hiring

-Proven track record of hiring and managing target-driven sales teams

-Strong understanding of incentives, performance metrics, and sales behavior

-Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-scaling environments

-Hands-on, decisive, and outcome-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
