Role Overview

We are looking for an

Business Head

to

build, scale, and lead

the Talent Acquisition & HR Services vertical end-to-end. This is a

revenue-sharing leadership role

with

no fixed salary

, ideal for a self-driven professional who wants to build a vertical with complete ownership and long-term upside

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute the growth strategy for the Talent Acquisition & HR Services vertical Identify target industries, geographies, and client segments (India & International) Build revenue pipelines through corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and direct sales Manage clients looking to hire in India or source Indian senior talent globally Manage Operations in terms of end-to-end recruitment, executive search, and HR service solutions Operate as a

profit center head

with complete P&L responsibility Scale the vertical into a sustainable and high-growth business unit

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in

Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting / Executive Search.

Experience working with

international clients or cross-border hiring

is a strong plus
Strong understanding of Indian talent markets, senior & leadership hiring. Team management skills must .

Should have access to Job Portals like Naukri,Linkedin and other sources through which candidates can be hired

Compensation Model
